48-Hour Cancellation Notice

We kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client who may be waiting for an opening.

No-Show and Late Cancellation Fee

If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, an administrative fee of $50 will be applied.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In case of emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible at (289) 356-7570, and we'll do our best to accommodate your situation.

Refund Policy

Please note that we have a strict no-refund policy for missed appointments or late cancellations. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and late cancellations prevent us from offering this time to other clients.
